Britt Banks is an award-winning director and screenwriter renowned for her commitment to elevating the narratives of women and girls of color. Another of her acclaimed works, BLUE LACES, was acquired by Magic Johnson's Aspire TV and featured internationally at Academy Qualifying Film Festivals. In 2023, Blue Laces gained further recognition when it was showcased at the prestigious Directors Guild of America.
