Ron has served as Musical Director for the hit Broadway musicals such as, "Your Arms Too Short To Box With God" with Jennifer Holliday and Stephanie Mills; "Raisin" starring Peabo Bryson, Lynette Hawkins, Jeffrey Osborne the 1997 National tour of "The Wiz" with Grace Jones, Cee Cee Pennistion and Tony Terry, and Howard Hewitt,Little Shop of Horrors.
Also excerpts of Les Miserable, Dreamgirls, and Chorus Line. Ron was also the M.D. for The Motown Review Show at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel with The Supremes, The Originals, The Contours, Kim Weston and Martha Reeves and The Vandellas.
Ron has also worked with Gladys Knight, Phillip Bailey, Tramaine Hawkins, Solomon Burke, Linda Hopkins, J.T. Taylor, Howard Hewitt, The Whispers, Lynn Whitfield and David Rousieve’s award dance piece, Reality, and the recording artist, Shanice.
