Dave Wooley, BBA, MBA is a visionary, veteran entrepreneur, best-selling author, educator, and producer. With over 35 years’ experience, he has produced, marketed, booked, and promoted numerous athletes and celebrities. In addition, Wooley has produced and promoted countless live entertainment events and concert tours for artists including Stevie Wonder, Dionne Warwick, Tony Bennett, BB King, Loretta Lynn, James Brown, Run DMC, Queen Latifah, Snoop Dogg and more. He has also produced special programs for television as well as records for musical artists. His success in the entertainment industry helped him receive exclusive pay-per view and closed-circuit television broadcast rights to several entire states to produce and promote the "Mike Tyson vs. Michael Spinks” championship boxing match. At the time, this event was the "biggest" fight in boxing history grossing over $100 million dollars.

Wooley was the only African American producer in the country to be awarded exclusive broadcast television rights. Following his massive success with that event, he was awarded exclusive broadcast television rights in numerous states to produce and promote several other iconic events, such as the "Evander Holyfield vs. George Foreman" championship fight and the Rolling Stones' Steel Wheels tour.
