Add a little spice and the ability to infuse the “feel” of yesterday’s music with the nuances of today’s Global/R&B/Soul music vibes, you’ve got the sounds, the flava of K-Rob.

Kevin “K-Rob” Robertson is a singer/songwriter/arranger/drummer and producer. His vocal style has been compared to Usher, Joe, Howard Hewitt, and Maxwell.

It doesn’t hurt that K-Rob, like many of the most successful and innovative singers, from his Uncles, The Isley Brothers, John Legend, O’Jays, Tracy Chapman to Bozz Scaggs, hail from the Midwest. He honed his craft at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN through a diligent work ethic, and began to mold his vocal acuity as a featured vocalist for the renowned TSU Jazz Band. K-Rob also toured the region performing in various groups and festivals. He recalls, “My college experience enhanced my experience as a diverse lyricist.”
